Meet Your Fitness Goals with a 10 Minute Workout

It’s a new year and as often said, “time for a new you!”

It’s great to promise yourself that you’ll go to the gym 3 times a week.  It’s inspiring to say that you’ll walk or jog for 4 hours a week.  And then, life happens.  You have to work late.  It’s too cold outside or you have a family commitment that has to come first.  Before you know it, those well meaning commitments are “out the door.”  It’s not that you don’t want better fitness or that you didn’t really mean it.  It’s just that there isn’t a lot of time.

Time is the issue.  There’s only so much free time available for your own fitness.  And if you have long commutes and family obligations, that spare time just diminished in size.

What’s one to do?  Do you have 10 minutes a day?  Or maybe even 10 minutes 4 times a week?

Well, of course.  Most people waste that much time.  Solution:  a 10 Minute Workout.

Yes, that’s right.  A 10 minute workout!  It’s not a mis-print.  Your time problems related to fitness are over!  Your desire to become more fit and lose those 10 pounds are TOTALLY doable-with a 10 minute workout!

Did you know that you can have a FULL body workout in just 10 minutes a day with a vibration machine?  Sound too good to be true?  Well, it’s not.  Here’s why it’s the truth.  A vibration plate will move at a rate of 20-50 times A SECOND.  Each time the plate moves, your muscles and nervous system have to react.  Think about holding a deep squat for 30 seconds.  Not so hard.  Do the same exercise on a vibration machine and you’ll likely experience a very long 30 seconds.  Movement of the plate creates extra work challenging your muscles.  The good news is that you just leveraged your time!

You can meet your fitness goals with a 10 minute a day workout.  It’s all possible with whole body vibration exercise!
